Pons Patents and Trademarks and Escrow Spain have signed a partnership agreement in which both entities will provide joint services to market in Industrial Property and Intellectual Property under a common offering complementary services.

This agreement will focus on the area of protection of rights of intellectual property, highlighting the new trend of technology protection in Spain by Escrow (Notarial deposit) for both authors and for end users.

Escrow Spain is a company dedicated to providing professional services which require a public test (Notary) for self protection and intellectual property rights and industrial property.
