Universities and, in general, scientific and research
centers produce a steady stream of intellectual property.
Each year, thousands of final projects,
theses, dissertations, publications, papers, etc. are left without adequate
protection of intellectual and industrial property.
Escrow Spain offers Universities and related OTRIs (Oficina de Transferencia de Resultados de Investigación: Research Results Transference Offfice), mechanisms for ease the registration of works of
intellectual property protecting authors rights. To do this, we
create 'in-house' branches or 'implants' from which a 'one-stop' registration service is provided. These facilities have the characteristic of the proximity facilitating
the resolution of doubts and delivery of documentation. They are responsible for the implementation and
verification of the entire registration process on behalf of the authors.
Services offered:
- One-stop registration office for servicing end user service (author) and
follow all the registration dossier until the end. Special rates are
offered to authors in universities, teaching and research.
- Inventory of existing intellectual property works:
collecting and updating information regarding registration of works directly
related to the University.
- Signing of a cooperation agreement for participation
in extracurricular activities related to: Intellectual Property, Authors Rights and Registration of Intellectual and Industrial: briefings, presentations
at conferences, courses, publications, etc.
