Escrow Spain offers a range of services around the notarial deposit ranging from protection of Intellectual Property to ensure company critical processes business continuity.

To carry out these services, we have created a broad network of partners and collaborators with whom we have formed an ecosystem of Products and Intellectual Property Services.

Companies participating with Escrow Spain in the ecosystem include first-tier suppliers with extensive experience and references to national and international level.

The services we offer and provide to our clients are:

• Digital Asset Assesment: Using our methodology, we can offer an independent assessment based on objective data (investment, man-hours, etc.) and forecast data for revenues associated with that asset (market, sales, market share, etc.).. This report can be used in financing rounds and / or sales presentation to public institutions for attainment of grants; and in mergers and acquisitions in which all assets must be inventoried and valued by an independente firm.

• Tax advice on deduction for Research & Development and Innovation:

• Eligibility of companies (what type of companies may apply)

• Eligibility of the R&D+i project (what kind of projects are eligible)

• Requirements of documentation to be provided: technical reports, TC1 forms, invoices, payment documents, etc. Deadlines for providing of the missing documents.

• Technical certification report performed by an independent and authorised firm.

• Time Management: both for submission and processing.

• Submission to the competent bodies (in paper or telematic process; technical requirements).

• Edition of Main Proposal document with justifications based on current legislation models.

• Level 3: Functional tests (verify that all functionality is included in the deposited software; useful with new versions and bug fixes).
